If you want an actual nude puzzler there's Mind Teazzer on 3DO, but be forewarned that there are guys in the cutscenes. As far as Saturn goes the only thing I can think of is maybe Haunted Casino which only shows nipples.

Otherwise just stick to Japanese computers if you want eroge titles. PC-98, Sharp X68000, probably FM Towns too. Most of the time you will find them without even looking for it lol

If you like jigsaw puzzles, there's Mind Teazzer. 3DO is pretty much the only console I can think of with a lot of these kinds of games. You want full nudity then it's going to be computer titles, possibly /h/ or /s/ can help

3DO is notorious for these kinds of games, PC-98 also has a lot of eroge stuff like the original Variable Geo and Steam-Hearts
