I'm getting the feeling those newer version remove a lot of stuff for no reason. Miho breaking your expectations on how a shy girl would act, or you'd at least expect her to act in certain situations is one of those things that give the characters the extra flavor to make them likeable.

I've also seen screenshots from other versions and so far I'm convinced the PC98 is the best version, barring the fact you can't have several saves.
