It is different feeling than other controllers. It is nice if you get used to it. The PS2 one has more buttons which is useful for a lot of other games. On NeoGeo fighting games, I would prefer if the buttons could be remapped to the top buttons to punches with the bottom two for kicks, left ones for weak attacks while the right ones for heavy attacks, instead of its weak on bottom punches on left style.

I only have one PDP pad, and it has developed that sticky plastic like it is melting or covered in honey feeling. I have no idea what caused it, but it was hardly used for a few years and it is the only controller that had that happen to me.

In general I prefer the Sega Saturn controllers. If the game requires analog or other input methods I find something that would work better. However for the majority of the old video games, the Saturn controller works best for me.

It doesn't feel right for me. The PDP pad is a bit hollow sounding too with the clicks. I'm just more used to the Sega Saturn pad.

You are looking at the only two I have in that color. Had I thought the purple controller would be in limited quantities, I may not have used it as much as I did and maybe taken better care of the boxes (the cards/stickers are fine). It is nice since it goes with Darkstalkers.

A home and a working vehicle. I am still in the food service industry, and I've added Doordash as a side hustle to try to make rent, but it adds so much wear and tear on my vehicle.

Very nice. The white controllers that go with the white Saturn tends to have the L/R buttons clack instead of the click I liked from the black US version. Fortunately, they did go back with the clicking kind for the USB release. Good news, the new wireless ones OP mentioned also uses the clicky L/R.

I rarely ever use the UtraRacer64. I only have a couple bootleg or 3rd party controllers, which I cannot get rid of. Give those new controllers a try, people seem to like them.

Yeah, I think it works great if OP is looking for something for SNES/SFC emulation. It is an old adapter which was my only option before all these replica SNES/SFC controllers we have available now.

I only like the official ones. The ones made by Sega or SLS (on the back of the controller there is a box where the info goes, sometimes in sticker sometimes part of the mold/shell). There has been many new cheap replicas, all of which were bad to me. They cut corners (literally with the conductive membranes inside) to reduce their costs, and don't feel right to me.

I do like the Sega Saturn controller a lot. I cannot claim to be "the Saturn controller guy" but I do like using them. I too cannot find any 3rd party replica controllers that feel (to me) what the authentic Sega Saturn and SLS controllers do.

I did say that I wished the XYZ buttons are the same size as ABC. Others have done so, but they have some small shortcoming to me. On Dreamcast I like the Ascii pad FT aside from the back grip feel and looser and flat feeling D-pad. On the Playstation, the Nubytech Street Fighter 15th Anniversary pads are serviceable, but flawed with a D-pad too close to the left edge to make room for the lenticular artwork in the center (they chose the art over the functionality, poor decision IMO). I just adapt the Sega Saturn pad to other machines because, I am cursed to only like authentic Sega Saturn controllers.

Dammit, I got my hated Ken on my SF4 controller, I'd rather my main of Vega/M.Bison as you pictured instead. The smaller SFxT one at least is Cammy+Bob vs. Chun+Julia, I guess these controllers are good for people with gigantic thumbs, but I feel the D-pad is a bit too soft. They are 360 USB controllers, so I guess they work well for emulation.
