III is the only one I never played. Were Cypress, Iom, or the Sword of Hajya relevant in it or even just mentioned? I kinda liked the Gaiden crews, even though they had virtually nothing to do with the original lost civilization and technology of SF1. Sure, Final Conflict loosely tied into SF2, but it didn't have anything to do with the other GG/CD games.

Question for Shining Force experts. Im playing CD (Book 1) and am about to reach level 10. Currently everyone's about 8. Is it better to wait till 20 to promote? Does it matter?

so Im playing Shining Force CD and I like it so far.

Most of my guys are starting to hit level 10 so I was wondering if there was any reason not to promote right away.
