Miyamoto admitted that the development of Ura Zelda was completed. That it had been completed for some time, even. Master Quest is meant to be Ura Zelda according to Miyamoto and I would love to accept that statement except there's just too much evidence to the contrary. UZ was meant to be much more than simple dungeon remixes.

I think every concept that was in UZ has probably been used in later Zelda titles. Still, it would be incredible to see the contents of the original prototype disseminated into the worldwide video game community. Both for archival purposes and also because everyone who has ever been interested, put in the detective work and research, all those rebel spies who died to bring us the OoT debug rom, deserve to get answers.
