Y/C will work with just a standard S-Video cable.
The Video Ins need BNC male to RCA female adapters. Yellow to the adapter, and then mono audio would go to audio in.
It'd be a shame to just use composite with a PVM though; The big draw of them is RGB input and the sharpness of the picture.
