Yes the music packs work in Crispy Doom.
http://sc55.duke4.net/games.php#doom

1) Download music packs from the link above
2) Download config files (on the right side)
3) Unzip everything in a folder like C:/Doom/music-packs, pic related
4) Edit your crispy.cfg file to look for the music packs in that folder.

IIRC there is Chocolate Heretic, Chocolate Hexen, Chocolate Strife, Crispy Heretic, Crispy Hexen, and Crispy Strife. Heretic and Hexen used to be playable from Chocolate Doom and Crispy Doom the same way that GZDoom can play all the IWADs. I don't know why they were branched out into their own source ports. Chocolate Heretic is its own source port, but to use Crispy Heretic, you need Crispy Doom; you place the crispy-heretic executable inside the Crispy Doom folder.

One great thing about Chocolate/Crispy is that it can play the SC-55 music packs:

You need to unzip the files into a folder such as "C:\Games\Doom\Music-Packs" then edit the .cfg files of each source port to look for the music packs in that folder. You will also need to download and place the music pack's configuration files inside that folder as well. The download link for that is on the right-hand side of the page linked above. For your convenience, this is the download page for the music pack configuration files - https://github.com/chocolate-doom/music-packs . Click on the green box that says "Code" and select "Download as ZIP" and extract the contents into the folder. Everything should look like pic related when done.

Here is a how-to guide on setting it up if you need more help: https://www.chocolate-doom.org/wiki/index.php/Digital_music_packs
