/vr/ - Retro Games

I had considered collecting hardware and then just using chips/everdrives for playing games, but honestly I'm still trying to downsize what few possessions I have that aren't video games. Probably just going to continue emulating. It isn't as good as the real thing, but I have more important shit to spend that money on.

At some point down the line I might pick up a SNES and a copy of the All Stars/SMW combo cart. The SNES was my first console and that cart was my first. Super Mario World is my favorite game ever. My partners favorite is Chrono Trigger and they still have their childhood copy. It's be more of a decorative decision than anything else, but it would be nice to play SMW like I did when I was a child.
