I'm pretty sure it isn't.
I looked at it in the editor, and there is a linedef there, but it seems both sectors are joined, and of the same light value, and I've never seen a non-wall linedef divide dynamic lights like that.

Like, the level is really good, but I've never seen GZDoom do this before.
