The only 10/10 for me.
>extremely deep and rewarding physics-based platforming
>surprisingly intelligent enemy AI
>elegant spritework & use of shading
>numerous little secrets, one-time enemies, and cute gimmicks make the world come to life
>best music on the entire console due to the extra sound chip (it's great in its own right)
>most challenging NES game to speedrun if you're interested in it
Getting the best ending alone requires mastery of the mechanics, but the game truly deserves it.
