It is pretty challenging compared to the rest of the official Doom releases of the time, but it's definitely not impossible, especially on the lower difficulties. It may be more comparable to Hurt Me Plenty in Doom/Doom 2 though.

Speaking of Plutonia, the Plutonia MIDI pack from a few years is pretty great from what I've heard so far, and it's cool to have some original tracks for all of the levels.
