they've put them out pretty consistently since the beginning afaik. the covers for the regular size version are swappable, and that's the only english one anyway. they've got the covers and books in stock at 1101 though. you can go through ebay too if that's too much of a pain in the ass, but expect to get mildly fucked on markups.
