/vr/ - Retro Games

My face when thinking about this.

Anyway I honestly think we should get rid of /vg/ and have 3 video game boards:
/vr/ - Retro Games, for discussion about about video games up to 4th gen systems
/vmc/ - Modern Vidya Classics, for discussion about 5th and 6th gen games
/v/ - "Video Games", for general shitposting, meme of the month and occasional discussion about 7th and 8th gen games if there is room for it in page 7

If this were to happen there would be a clear place for discussing video games from all generations which 6th gen games in particular would benefit since atm there really isn't a place willing to discuss them as they are too old for /v/ to give a fuck about them and too modern for /vr/.

Have I become a grampa for wanting to play and discuss (retro) video games myself instead of waching e-celebrities to do so?
