I needed someone else to do this part for me in sly 3. Then until I got used to it, I could only do it myself by closing my eyes if a shark was going to kill me. Their teeth sticking out activated some kind of phobia, which was separate from being attacked underwater which already is my number one phobia. Which is on top of how claustrophobic and disorienting this mode is to begin with.
