It's a Monopoly-style board game where you put monsters on squares and when an opponent lands on that square they have to battle with one of their monsters. The art is cute, the music is decent, the game is very frustrating and bad, and this is coming from a Dungeon Dice Monsters apologist.
Yes, this is pretty much the only game where you can play as BMG.
The English version has voice-acting, the Japanese version has boobs.

Black Magician Girl's name, along with her boobs, were censored in the English version of Yu-Gi-Oh.
I'm assuming know her as Dark Magician Girl.
I use the original names for Yu-Gi-Oh stuff partially because I'm an obnoxious weeb and partially because using localized names like "Chumley Huffington" and "Toadally Awesome" makes me want to gag in my mouth.
