MegaFolderAnon here (wow that's quite a name), looks like I can add people to share/upload stuff to it. I'd just need an e-mail address it seems, though maybe I should open up a new Mega account for ROM Hacks, translations and other things (having the account only used for such).

The idea of having a Google Docs folder sounds nice too, have like pictures (and video where possible) of the various hacks along with links to the downloads.
