What are some /vr/ games you associate with January? It's not typically a big gaming month as it seems like the industry is in it's post-Christmas hangover but let's see what you got...Feel free to be self indulgent.

Mega Man X - I remember during my first trip to the video store in January 1994 had a new copy of this on the shelf and I rented it on sight. I have a big hard on for that year and the fact the year starts with one of the best Mega Man games is always something that sticks in my mind and I always make it a point to replay it around this time. Plus, I think the music in Chill Penguin's level does a great job of conveying a somewhat desolate winter landscape.

Breath of Fire - January 1997. I remember on the eve of a snowstorm, we stopped by a video store so my dad could rent a movie (he normally worked nights but had a few days off work). I couldn't rent anything of course, because it was a school night. We ran into a family friend who had connections to the school board and she said "They haven't announced it yet, but they're going to cancel school tomorrow!" My parents relented and let me rent something and I chose BoF. I spent all night and all day playing the game while the snow piled up, only stopping to shovel the driveway a couple of times. Absolutely kino memory.
