No, it will only output 480i because the card scales the signal differently and locks it at that resolution.
But 480i is good enough for most retro 3D games up to 6th gen.
If you want 240p you need a VGA output and EmuDriver, it's a much better signal than S-Video all around.
Dont use converter, they upscale everything you feed them to 480i.
