Agree except I would put PM64 above TTYD personally. TTYD has better combat and badge variety but I prefer literally everything else about PM64.
SMRPG I think is pretty heavily overrated these days, the game is good but it's only good once you get to Booster's Tower and beyond. Everything before; The Toad Town forest, the Kero Sewers, the mine level, Geno's woods - all pretty crap imo. Once you get to Boosters tower and beyond, everything is great. So I think 3rd is good for it.
and then Superstar Sage being just beneath SMRPG is accurate.
