this is pretty shitty but when there's enemies around you can just kill them for health instead. you rarely have to wait. also you can pump up the light zones with light beam to heal faster

it's not exactly 2 but it is a very samey game unfortunately. it's weird that the first game hit snow and magma among other things but the sequel has less variety
