Why the fuck is everything tekken related so weird? The art style, the movement, the characters designs themselves?
Like Namco were some sort of bizarre geniuses, reaching the uncanny valley with far less resources than any competition while trying to be realistic but not really. And then there's a dude with a tiger head and tail and a fucking cyberaliendemon with a sword. The women look like corpses. Even for that time it was always bizarre to me, compared to other 3d fighters or other CG prerendered scenes.
