The only truly 3D game that geniuenly impressed me was Spyro trilogy

All games on PS1 have aged horribly, the only exceptions are the ones that didn't use 3D environments (Symphony of the Night, Resident Evil, Final Fantasy, Chrono Cross, Mega Man X4) or those that had an exceptional story and atmosphere (MGS, Silent Hill)
