i didnt want to do the supercic because id either need to buy the extra board that is out of stock everywhere or the way more complicated boardless mod that has me soldering wires to a dozen tiny pins and i just recently fried another snes by shorting two pins together. im not good enough at soldering to trust myself doing something like pic rel. i dont have other cables and the smix bypass also doesnt look very nice. i think my best bet would be to either buy a new pal snes and retry the mod with the switches on a different location or to just import a japanese snes...
