Yes because playing Sonic Adventure in 720p with borders on my 1080p screen is such a great experience. I also like how Sonic Adventure 2 runs at 700fps and goes too fast if I forget to turn on v sync.

Oh, and Jet Set Radio is really fun when it's locked to 30fps. Gosh, I really loved those ports.
