Because it's a classic early Famicom title that's very small in size.
I think games like Super Mario Bros, Adventure Island or Contra were the biggest games multicarts had, at least back then. Most of the games were simpler early arcade games, like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Popeye, Dig Dug, Antartic Adventure (this one actually impressed me as a kid with its pseudo-3D perspective).

Early Famicom games from Konami were god-tier.
This port of Twin Bee is better than the arcade original, as it happened with Contra.

Not sure if I'd call that one a classic.
IMO classic famiclone is games up to mid 90s max. By the time those Pokemon bootleg games started appearing it was the time of the PolyStation and such.
