I was hoping somebody would call me a dumbass for even trying to download ROMs individually, I didn't expect anyone to actually recommend this. If I knew how to torrent a full set like >>6006459 recommends without getting caught, I would. But if it's really that easy and that's how you guys get your stuff, who am I to argue? Thanks.

I'm thinking about it. Like >>6006489 said, I don't have many options in my area, and despite charging an arm and a leg for monthly service I'm a little more trusting of my small-time local ISP to not spy on me than, say, AT&T or Comcast. But I'm thinking about it.
