It was a Zone of the Enders 3 prototype apparently, not the 2012 bio mech one that was shown on tgs/e3, but a much earlier iteration of it.

There is also a guy named JimLafleur14 that worked on a bunch of mods that replace the weird faux weapons with real ones.
