I hate how the PC port doesn't allow you to the stone-like when you use stage select.

The last boss before that is the closest thing a videogame has come to an orgasm. You have to get the rhythm right and build it up, then as it gets better you keep going in and out faster and faster, and faster, and when the motion becomes the most exciting, it explodes.

Honestly Xiga is just your average boss, though he is well animated.

The most intense shmup boss would have to be this thing from Ikaruga. It builds up literally like a huge orgasm.

That last boss of that game on hard mode is the most incredible thing I've ever played.

Hard mode is actually easier for some levels because you have way more bullets to absorb, and you can use your special more often.

On hard difficulty, the final boss (starting from the part where the music changes) is one gigantic orgasm if you manage to beat it without getting hit. Most intense part of any shmup I've ever played.
