Agreed. Stop (completely) shitting on (the notion of) "ideas guys"- Many of them are willing to put in the work, just are woefully bad at doing so. It's understandable that a lot of bad apples have soured the bunch; but much of the time, many people are attacked simply because they don't have other people to lean on to help with their lack of skills and capability.
I've seen countless people attacked and chased away from the community for similar reasons and not necessarily being idea guys, but for stupid drama.
Don't be like that. It doesn't matter who is who. What matters is DOOM.
