>frames drop to single digits as blue wave of energy immediately spreads across entire map
>wave of energy hits me
>I die
>the game doesn't unfreeze unless I pause the game

The only way to use that firemode is to have the invulnerability sphere or turn on godmode.

>when it comes back, Cygnis slams the side of the BFG and it plays the Windows XP startup sound
