This is a bare-faced lie. GTA Advance was released in 2004 during the GCN/GBA era of Nintendo. And there are news articles from the early 2000s reporting that Gamecube ports of GTA 3 and Vice City were also planned, but were cancelled presumably due to lower sales of the console.
