Started Final Doom and I feel like a god damned moron for putting it off for so long. Remembered for years hearing nothing but how it's super hard and unfun scaring me away from it. Only on the TNT portion of it but I'm having a fucking blast.

Not exactly related to the topic but around 2010 I found out there was an arcade in one of my nearby malls and it had a bunch of shmups and fighting games. The day after I found it I bought $50 worth of tokens to play on the weekend and when I arrived back on the weekend it was closed for good.

I wish I could grow a beard like that. When I was a teen I thought I would grow more as time goes on but even now in my 20s I still only get the equivalent of what a 14 year old can grow.
