It's just the CRT interlaced halation filter that came with retroarch. Modified to get rid of the "screen tilt", which just looked odd to me.

Also have another preset that doesn't have the curvature. I find some games like better with the curved screens, and some don't. Maybe it's just me.

I honestly don't give a fuck about "what the developers intended". I just use filters for the hell of it. At the end of the day. the game is still the fucking same.
