What are some games that look like TMNT for NES and have that same janky feel?

I was really looking hard for some ground to call it "filtering" or somesuch contrarian crap given its reputation, but there's no real redeeming qualities to this besides the franchise appeal.

The combat is an unrewarding glitch-ridden mess, two of the characters are basically useless without subweapons, and overall the game is barely fun to play at all. I guess Stockholm's hits if you sink enough time in it, like with Zelda 2?

Played the shit out of it but dont think I ever made it past the dam explosives as a kid.
