Expectations are a crazy thing. I went into Ion Fury with absolutely zero expectations, and I got fun shooting, great aesthetics, and a knockout protagonist with child-bearing hips. When I first played Blood, I had known about Caleb for years as a guy who enjoys all the killing™, but I didn't expect this larger than life video game. It's a shooter. Perhaps you're wishing deep down that the devs aspired to do more than just make another Build shooter? But why did you expect otherwise if you had played the demo?
