I'll be heading to Tokyo in a few weeks for a 2 week vacation. I'm staying in Akihabara, but I've been told that the big shops there like Super Potato are pretty over priced because of the tourists. What are some good shops in the Tokyo metro that I should also be checking out? Hoping to pick up some good condition games, some junk gameboys for modding projects, and maybe a PC-Engine or a Famicom with FDS. I wouldn't mind going a bit out of the way for a spot if they have great prices or selection.
