You guys think that Nintendo'll eventually add Smash 64? Cus to be honest, it seems kinda weird that it's not part of the launch or confirmed future titles, but on the other hand Nintendo hasn't been keen on rereleasing Melee either. Obviously they're different games, but I wonder at this point if they're ever gonna acknowledge any Smash game before Ultimate beyond ingame events.

Didn't you say a while back it's basically just you and your friend working on this? Cus if so, that's really cool, working on a mod with a bro of yours n such. Also is this gonna be a "true" survival horror mod? Cus I'm getting more of an action paced vibe from it where the horror aspect comes moreso from the sound/visual design, like what Doom 64 was: regular fast paced Doom gameplay with creepy vibes from the music and visuals. Whereas a survival horror game is usually slower and doesn't give you a lot of ammo. Not to shit on your project ofc, I'm just wondering where exactly it's going cus I've felt like it was more action oriented ever since your first webms of the mod you posted a while back.

As much as I love metal, especially certain metal covers of songs when it suits them, they can be a bit overdone and meme tier. At the risk of being that guy, and I'm not even a metalhead, but to a degree it is because of how mainstream metal has become. That and the idea of having a popular song from an equally popular IP like, say, Avengers Endgame's theme song, made into a heavy metal song as a means to (in theory at least) make it sound more >badass because of guitar distortion is a fairly common mentality. Which, as implied before, can be done right, but there are a bunch of Melvins out there who go apeshit over a single bass guitar cover of E1M1, even if it's done by some amateur. It's kind of the musical equivalent of unironically saying "NINTENDO HIRE THIS MAN!!"

I know that but I wonder, despite it just being a game mechanic that's not meant to be ***DEEP***, if the fact you start off in the Deimos base or Hell with just a pistol was supposed to have some kind of "context" at all?
Episode 1 did end with you being killed before going to Deimos floating over hell so I'd imagine it's cus of the fact you're going into hell itself that you're stripped of your guns.

I doubt it cus I think they just want to curate level packs with no real change to gameplay/graphics (aside from TNT's custom textures). That and I think they'd get shit for sharing the work of a guy who made fun of a guy on the ZDoom forums for being suicidal. I don't give a shit about that personally, but a lotta people would get mad.

I use the GPD Q89S for my retro emulation. It's fucking great, Runs every common system up to the Dreamcast/PSP like a charm.

I use it to play all the PC Engine games that I cannot afford to buy. It's just generally good for diving into CD based platforms from the early 90s that'd charge you $200-600+ for a copy on Ebay.

Best way to play Dracula X since the Wii.
