OP you can literally just download Japanese romsets for most of the consoles. Super Famicom has some good stuff if you want something quick and easy. Can also just go to romhacking.net or other sites for translation patches

Alrighty, let's see. There's Panel de Pon, Cotton 100%, Hello Kitty games, Magical Pop'n, Fushigi no Yume no Alice, Harvest Moon GBC (lets you play as a girl), Animal Crossing, Seifuku Densetsu Pretty Fighter, Asuka 120%, Harmful Park, Hanagumi Taisen Columns, and of course Umihara Kawase. Let's also throw in Pocket Fighter and Virtua Fighter Kids, the "cute" versions of their respective series.

I'm leaving out games like Alisia Dragoon, Monster World IV, and Popful Mail where the lead character is obviously depicted as stronger and more fierce, less "girly", as well as games like Advanced VG and SNK Gals Fighters which have girls in them, but aren't exactly for little girls ^^". How did I do?
