it would be all about picking hero with strong starting army (like Galthran, Shakti, Tyraxor, Ivor) and restarting the game to get logistics hero in your tavern.
i've managed to beat this way Emerald Isles as purple (200% difficulty, starting Shakti, main Gunnar) on 2m1w2d.
i've tried to do that without logistics hero as red, but it was a lot slower (1 week difference).
