Fellas, I need to access the RV50x pots on my Sony SSM-9040, but I can't seem to pull the D-BOARD out on the side, as there's some kind of mechanical resistance.

I've followed the PVM 8040 service manual (since they're basically the same monitor chassis and board wise), but removing the screws and unhooking the claws isn't enough for it to budge.

Any help on what I might be doing wrong?
