No reason you could not have more "computer" games on consoles. You know, the kind of games that need mouse and keyboard.
Most retro consoles had a mouse peripheral or even a keyboard.
Sometimes wonder why they didn't just try to outright compete with home computers.

I pretty much only played racing games on retro systems. All the current racers aren't appealing to me at all.

But I have to admit that even on the more recent machines I played said games much less then back in the day. I guess the PS2 was the last console I ever played a racing game on.

Which means I pretty much only played racing games on the C64, Amiga and PS1.
