Not that anon but path of least resistance and hinderance in accessing compatible hardware (both eg. technology; proprietary peripherals, connections, remakes) combined with decline of nostalgia due to incoming deaths of the generation experiencing said nostalgia the next few decade will pretty surely change the way "retro" games will be played and thus the demand aka the price.
In 60 years the bubble could have popped for nes games for example. Nobody is alive when it came out, nobody wants to buy that old shit toaster to connect it to their ey-Display (how are you going to Transport it... Tape it to your head?), there would be an all in one game for the system to download for free, etc...

Nobody will want that copy of little Samson except a few select collectors, and the market will be flooded by then. This is the same shit with the puppets everybody collected (for a high price) early 20th century and nobody gives two shits about them anymore. Bubble do Pop, the time span is important though, if it takes longer than you live it acts like if it is permanent
