Harder to change. Games are all digital and romhacking is already a thing. To do a good censoring job on a movie costs money, and the company rereleasing the flick typically don't care enough to pay that much.
Not to mention the culture of "woke gamers" and the concept of gamer cred leads to more censorship. You have people who don't really enjoy gamed for the right reasons playing them, and they typically find shit they don't like and ask for it to be censored. Film buffs are generally autists who get mad if they alter the movie in any way. If they only put the TV censored version of RoboCop on 4k people who like the movie already would be pissed. They can make the Druid in Diablo 2 Reforged wear pants or whatever because the people who would complain about it are the journos and trannies who don't even like games.

I verified that both the AV cable and the AC adapter are working. I use them on my other SNESs. I narrowed it down to being the CPU I think. Not sure though.
