This'll probably be the fattest you'll ever see me, God willing. I just went for my 40 and a half birthday checkup and my doctor was like "welp your blood pressure is officially 'high' do you want to try blood pressure medication" so of course I said "yes please" add I always do when offered drugs because hey you can always not take it but I don't want to be the kind of guy who's on blood pressure medication. Plus unlike just being kinda fat, hypertension occasionally is physically uncomfortable and fuck that. I'm all about feeling good.
