I hated this game as a kid, revisited a few years back and fucking loved it. It's a weird goddamn game and the combat kinda sucks, but it's easy to break and doesn't get in the way of enjoying the weird world and characters.

Yeah, Sigil is really good IMO. Once I beat Plutonia and 64 I'm gonna go back and do it and the other wads and IWADs on UV (maybe pistol-start if I feel like it.) The only thing that holds it back is that I feel it would've been really fun to see Romero use Arch-Viles. But it seems he prefers Doom 1 mapping more so, it is what it is.

The Soul Blazer trilogy might be some of the best RPG games ever made, these games resonated with me, man. It's amazing how all three games cover such simple themes but can be so fucking powerful because of that.
