This one's iffy. Mario and Luigi were clearly born in the Mushroom Universe if Yoshi's Island says anything, and they later came to the real world/Earth but found their way back to the Mushroom World

The Mushroom World itself is huge, and yes, Yoshi's Island is part of the MK

The only problem I have is that in DK '94, you go from the Real World to the Mushroom Kingdom without any form of teleporting or warping.
