It's a several years old pic from that Spriting Carnival on ZDoom forums.

I guess it can shoot a sticky white liquid.
Like it'll stick to walls, the floor, ceiling, etc.
If you touch it against a wall, it hurts (like maybe it's caustic), if you step on a puddle, it hurts, if some of it drips down onto you from the ceiling, it hurts.
