I didn't think so, the water is annoying to look at as background, and I feel the color palette is darker, I prefer the brighter color palette of the fami version, which was what M2 used on the upgraded arcade version you're talking about.

Easy buddy, it's just vidya, if you enjoy the arcade better than the fami that's fine. But you're not talking about the original arcade, but an upgraded M2 port, different things.

The original arcade Twinbee isn't all that different than the Famicom port. In fact, I prefer the Famicom version's music better.

And I fucking love the Faimcom TwinBee, it was one of my favorite childhood games, so having an enhaced 3D version of it is great.
