I hope someone can help me here. I recently scratched the lens on my AGS-101 and I'm seriously considering buying a drop-in IPS replacement just because I've already replaced the lens once and it was a pain in the dick.

The main question I wanna ask is, how bright is the IPS on mid settings compared to the 101 on high brightness? For the life of me I can't find any direct comparisons, at least not for brightness. The only comparisons I can find are either just showcasing response time, or don't do a direct side by side comparison at all. Since I can't really solder at the moment, that means I'll be stuck with that middling brightness and since I tend to prefer the brighter setting on my GBA, I'd like to know if I'm potentially getting a downgrade in that department.

Also if anyone could tell me about the power draw on that middling brightness, that'd also be great.
