Yeah maybe. Street fighter 1 is weird to play now. At the time it came out it seemed fine and maybe even mildly inventive but it was just another arcade game and nobody really gave much of a shit. In retrospect it's downright janky compared to what it became. The sprites don't look right, the animation doesn't look right, it doesn't feel right. Somehow between 1 and 2 they figured it all out
